Shipping policy


At Diego Merchandise, we are dedicated to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. We partner with trusted shipping services for both domestic and international deliveries to ensure a smooth shipping experience. 1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • During peak seasons, such as holidays or sales, processing times may increase slightly. Customers will be notified of any extended delays.

2. Shipping

We use standard domestic and International shipping services to deliver orders domestically (India) and internationally. 

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days for most areas, and up to 10 days for remote regions.
  • Standard International Shipping : Currently we ship only in Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Netherland, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK and United States. Delivery within 7-10 business days for most regions, and up to 12-14 days for some remote regions. 
  • Alternative Shipping (in emergencies): In rare cases where standard shipping is delayed or unavailable, we will use an alternative shipping provider to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times will mostly remain within a similar timeframe.
  • Tracking: All domestic orders come with tracking numbers, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. A tracking link will be sent to your email/SMS once the order is shipped.

Delivery times may vary based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier-related issues.


3. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the carrier may make additional attempts or leave the package at a nearby pickup location. If the item is returned to us, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.


4. Shipping Restrictions

If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us via our Contact Page (preferably) or reach to us via mail : diegomerch.store@gmail.com  to explore possible shipping arrangements.

Please note that certain items may face restrictions due to local laws, customs regulations, or product availability in certain areas. We will do our best to inform you if your location or product faces any such restrictions.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us via our Contact Page or at diegomerch.store@gmail.com so we can assist you in tracking or resolving the issue with our shipping partners.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
  • Carrier-related issues

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We may request photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
