All payments must be made via the payment methods specified on the Site (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
Cash on Delivery (COD): This feature is currently only available for India. For orders made through COD, payment is due upon delivery of the product. If the payment is not received, the order will not be fulfilled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are provided at checkout and depend on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Diego Merch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

Customers may initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with original tags intact. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Return Fraud: Diego Merchandise maintains the right to reject returns if fraudulent activity is detected. We may require photo proof and tracking information for returns. If a product does not meet our return policy requirements, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
